Aligning your training will either save you from not making progress at all, or if you have some of the pieces already, it will amplify your results in a faster and more efficient way. You'll want your training to align with your goals and nutrition WITHIN your strategy.  Meaning you're doing a program that's set up to most effectively build the shape you want to build.  Your nutrition and training are set up to work together. AND it's all mapped out over time with your strategy.
