It blew my mind when I learned we have the ability to literally mold our shapes. We have so much control over creating, defining, and growing every single muscle on our bodies to create our physiques and even create an illusion of our shapes. You can literally create your shape. 

This episode shares a bit of my journey of being a gym rat with Cheering and Crossfit, and then how my first Body Building competition completely reframed how I understood nutrition and training.  I also share how I learned the importance of exercise selection and execution, pairing your nutrition with your training, and having an "off-season".
