Meditation and mindfulness: are they effective or it this just woo-woo? We'll ask this question to Anne-Marie Emanuelli, a retired French teacher from Corsica who lives in New Mexico.
After several sad events affected her life, Anne-Marie resorted to mindfulness practices she had set aside years before and found solace in them.
She then embraced meditation as a way to become more centered and in touch with our soul. Now a fully trained mindfulness guide, she leads Mindful Frontiers, bringing mindfulness to school classrooms, designing corporate staff training sessions and custom workshops.
In this interview Anne-Marie will not only explain how mindfulness works, but she will share 3 poignant stories showing how mindfulness helps us every day, plus several tips on how to get started.
