Delaware and the Route 40 Killer

A golden boy found to have murdered at least 5 women, but only convicted of two. Thought to be a loving husband and father, who came from a stable home life, tortured and killed multiple prostitutes along route 40 in the late 1980s. Convicted of his crimes, he plead no contest and requested the death penalty. Most people believe that this is the only way he could admit to doing wrong by these women, because it was "Delaware law and God's Law".
