Christopher is a historian, public speaker, author and educator. The conversation is about America's first serial killer, not HH Holmes as most people believe. This individual's name is Franklin Evans. Evans confessed to the brutal murder of his niece Georgianna Lovering in 1872 as well as a another murder in 1856.
