Most of us start trying to lose weight by changing our actions, our eating. We assume we need to find the right way of eating, cut out the crap, or only eat broccoli - poor old broccoli always getting a bad rap!
What I talk about in this episode is how our actions are only a result of our feelings, and thoughts…. If you want different results - don’t start by trying to change your actions if you haven’t checked in with your brain, and her thoughts about your goal weight.
