Making "The New Normal" Work At Home

Viral is a podcast series looking at the spread of COVID - 19,  as it continues to affect Ireland and the International World in growing capacity. 

Contrary to popular speculation, “lockdown” measures were not introduced by the government yesterday afternoon, but plenty of news surrounding healthcare, social welfare and business closures were announced, in another monumental speech from An Taoiseach Leo Varadkar.  In Episode 9 of the podcast, The Irish Sun’s Adam Higgins who was at the conference speaks about the finer details of some of these new measures, and when we can expect to hear further news.

We also speak to Early Childhood Psychologist Dr Mary O’Kane about anxiety in the family unit, and how to make “the new normal” more liveable.
