10 New Cases Confirmed & The Harm Caused By Hysteria

Brendan Kelly who is professor of Psychiatry at trinity college Dublin, discusses why his hypothesis that hysteria will undermine efforts to contain the Coronavirus, and why it’s ultimately essential for the public to trust it’s health systems during the spread of the virus.
