The daughter of missing camp at Carol Clay, has told a jury she was concerned her mother's affair with Russell Hill would become public after their disappearance. Former Jetstar Captain Greg Lynn has pleaded not guilty to murdering mister Hill and Carol Clay, claiming they were accidentally killed in separate struggles over a shotgun and a knife at a remote camp site in Victoria's High Country in twenty twenty.

On Wednesday, the second day of mister Lynn's Supreme Court trial, Missus Clay's daughter, Emma Davies, told the court she was aware her mother had been in a relationship with mister Hill, who was her first boyfriend for around fourteen years at the time of her death. Apartments could become more affordable in Brisbane under Lord Mayor Adrian Shrinner's plan to remove outdated minimum car parking requirements new developments in high density areas.

Mister Shriner will on Thursday reveal the significant change to city planning which could slash one hundred thousand dollars off the cost of building an apartment.
