Episode description

Since the environment we grew up in affects our beliefs and perceptions on a huge scale, it may limit us and create stories that aren't empowering.

And what seemed as an innocent memory, turns into a strong belief and self-definition of who we are and what we are capable of.

However, once we reach the point of adulthood, the power is given to us.

We can decide, we can change, we can manifest, we can create, we can stop and start pretty much anything we want.

That's some freaking good news, don't you think?

Although we adopted beliefs that are deeply ingrained within us, we can't stop there.

We tell ourselves way too many lies that limit us from reaching our full potential and doing the "impossible."

In today's podcast episode, I am going to address why they are nothing but limiting beliefs and also how to stop selling yourself short but go after what you want instead.

Here they are:

- "I am not doing well in my personal growth and healing AKA "what's wrong with me"

- (my all-time favorite) "I can't do this"

- "I am broken" (especially once we start healing and digging deep)

- "I got this" ( for all us out there who struggle to ask for help)
