Episode description

Living on auto-pilot means doing things or perform activities which you are so accustomed to and used to, you don't even think about them.

Let's take driving, taking a shower or brushing your teeth. Those are activities that you want to perform with ease in order to avoid feeling overwhelmed. That's when your auto-pilot mode comes handy.

The problem is that we do things on auto-pilot in so many areas of our lives, we don't even think about the majority of them. It's important to question our beliefs, our actions or behaviors.

We can only grow and expand if we are willing to stretch, get uncomfortable and challenge ourselves on a regular basis.

In today's podcast episode, I am going to share with you how to start living with more purpose and excitement.

Tune in and learn:

- the role of our brain in this process

- benefits and disadvantages of living on auto-pilot and how to differentiate them

- finding a balance between habits and actions which are effortless while challenging ourselves and living more purposefully

- 4 practical ways how to stop living on auto-pilot and feel more excited and alive
