After the recent news of Twitch’s passing our hearts break for his family and wife, Allison Holker, and it made us double take and realize we haven’t had an open conversation about depression publicly and there felt like no better time to really check in - especially when Philip has started to come to terms with his own feelings of depression and how we are working through it as a team, because far too often we put on a brave face or we avoid discussing it completely.
