Counterpoint, the British Council's think tank launched its book Cloud Culture: the global future of Cultural Relations by Charles Leadbeater with a discussion at London's Institute of Contemporary Arts on 8 Februrary 2010. The evening was chaired by Lloyd Davies, Tuttle Club and included speakers, Ekow Eshun, ICA, Paul Hilder, AVAAZ, Catherine Fieschi, Director Counterpoint, and Charles Leadbeater, the author.
