S2-E05 we’ve got some wild energy this week! One of the biggest things going on, is that Mercury goes retrograde on January 14! we also have a couple areas where there could be some pitfall like energy, So be prepared! We will have a workshop specific to working with the energies of mercury retrograde on Wednesday for all of the tiers student and above.
S2-E04 make sure to have a glass of water nearby, and something to write with and write on! I also used the essential oils of fennel and grapefruit to help anchor some of the grounding energy. The crystal I would recommend to help anchor this would be hematite!
