Oh bed that trigger Warner. This podcast may include explicit content that will take you out of your comfort zone and make you question reality. Listener's discretion is advised. Hello, and welcome back to the show. We are back at it for for work of Uncle Sam Wants Your Children, and so we're just gonna jump right into it. Let me get a sip. Okay, So we learned a little bit about Frank Foxter in the last episode, and that's

actually where we are going to pick up on. So just a few years actually after the conviction of Frank Foxter, another child exploitation case surfaced in the state of fucking Florida. And we're jumping right the fuck into this because there is a lot of information that we need to cover in this episode before we can move on to our next mini series. So let's just get right into it.

So on February seventh, nineteen eighty seven, not long before the Larry King and Craig Spence operations were exposed, y'all remember the Franklin cover up shit, the Washington Post ran an interesting story that at the time did not seem to have any particular national significance. The article concerned a case of possible kidnapping and child abuse, and read in

part as follows here we go quote. Authorities investigating the alleged abuse of six children found with two men in a Tallahassee, Florida park discovered material yesterday in the Washington area that they say points to a nineteen sixties style commune called the Finders, described in a court document as a cult that allegedly conducted brainwashing and used children in rituals.

DC police, who searched a northeast Washington warehouse wink to the group, removed large plastic bags filled with color slides, photographs, and photographic contact sheets. Some photos visible through a bag carried from the warehouse at thirteen oh seven Fourth Street, were wallet sized pictures of children similar to school photos, and some were of naked children. DC police sources said some of the item sees yesterday showed pictures of children

engaged in what appeared to be cult rituals. Officials of the US Customs Service, called in aid in the investigation, said that the material seized yesterday includes photos showing children involved in blood lighting, ceremonies of animals, and one photograph of a child in chains. Customs officials said that they were looking into whether a child pornography operation was being conducted.

Their links to the DC area have led authorities into a far reaching investigation that includes the finders, a group of about forty people that court documents allege is led by a man named Maren Petty, and their various homes, including the duplex apartment building in Glover Park, the Northeast Washington warehouse, and a ninety acre farm in rural Madison County, Virginia. The children, identified in a court document only by the first names of Honeybee, John, Franklin, b B. Max, and Mary,

were described as dirty, unkempt, hungry, disturbed, and agitated. They had been living in the rear of the van for some time, the document said. Yesterday, police spokesman Hunt said one of the children, a six year old girl, showed signs of sexual abuse. Five of the children were uncommunicative, according to police, and none seemed to recognize objects such as staplers or other office supplies. However, the oldest was

able to give investigators some information. She said that the two men were their teachers and before they're arrests in the park, the two adult caretakers quote unquote had told police that they were teachers from Washington transporting these children to Mexico to a school, four brilliant children. When police asked the men where the children's mothers were, they said

they were being weaned from their mothers end quote. Now we are introduced to the Fineers Club, another society that gets brought up all the time and mentioned all the time, the Finders, the Finders, but nobody ever bothers to go fucking digging for this fucking information. I'm going to put it out on a platter for you so now you can understand what the fuck was going on with this

Finder's Club. Now, it was nearly seven fucking years before the press revisited this Finder's case, and this seven year follow up was being provided by US News and World Report quote unquote, and you know, the strange saga of the Finders Club would have probably disappeared forever if not for the rumors surrounding the case that would just not go away. And these rumors were addressed in US news

and are as follows quote. One of the unresolved questions involves allegations that the Finders are somehow linked to the Central Intel Legence Agency. What do you know custom Service documents reveal that in nineteen eighty seven, when customs agents sought to examine the evidence gathered by Washington, DC Police, they were told that the Finder's investigation had become an internal matter. The police report on the case had been

classified secret. Even now, Tallahassee police complained about the handling of the Finder's investigation by DC police. They say they dropped this case like a hot rock quote unquote. DC Police will not comment on the matter. As for the CIA, ranking officials describe allegations about links between the intelligence agency and the Finders as hogwash quote unquote, perhaps the result

of a simple mix up with DC police. The only connection, according to the CIA, is that a firm that provided computer training to CIA officers also employed several members of the Finders Club. And get this shit, that's an in quote also employed several members of the Finders Club in quote, and get this it okay. The firm that supplied the training to the CIA officers didn't just employ several members of the Finders It also appears to have, in effact,

been a wholly owned subsidiary of the Finders organization. You should also know that the CIA does not as a general rule of thumb assign the training of its officers to outside contractors unless the private firm utilized in this capacity is a CIA front. So that that's basically saying that the Finders and the CIA are together. They're fucking each other. They're friends with benefits one and the same.

And the Finders are fucking getting caught with kids transporting them and shit, having him fucking living out of vans and shit kids some of them are nonverbal, don't even know what a fucking stapler is like. Again, the CIA's got its little hands into everything. So but anyways, in the last paragraph of the US News report, listen to

this shit. Okay, here's a quote quote. The CIA's interest in the Finders may stem from the fact that group leader Marion Petty's late wife once worked for the agency and that his son worked for a CIA proprietary firm called Air America. End quote. So Mare and Petty, the leader of the Finders, his wife, and his son are CIA. Now.

Aside from acknowledging these by then widely known in Washington CIA connections, the US News reporters did their very best to bury the Finder's story once and for all, especially after broke aloose that the leader of the shitheads fucking wife and son are CIA, and that they're letting some kind of subsidiary fucking training fucking for the CIA and shit like from the Finders. So now they've got to

bury all this information, right, So here's the quote. The case is almost seven years old now, but matters surrounding a mysterious group known as the Finders keeps growing curiouser and curiouser. In early February nineteen eighty seven, an anonymous tipster in Tallahassee, Florida, made a phone call to police two well dressed men seemed to be supervising six disheveled and hungry children in a local park. The caller said the cops went after the case like bloodhounds, at least

at first. The two men were identified as members of the Finders. They were charged with child abuse in Florida. In Washington, d C. Police and US Customs Service agents rated a duplex apartment building and a warehouse connected to the group. Among the evidence seized detailed instructions on obtaining children for unknown purposes and several photographs of new children. According to a Customs Service memorandum obtained by US News,

one photo appeared to accent the child's genitals. The more the police learned about the Finders, the more bizarre they seemed. There were suggestions of child abuse, satanism, dealing in pornography, and ritualistic animal slaughter. None of these allegations was ever proved. However, the child abuse charges against the two men in Tallahassee were dropped. All six of the children were eventually returned to their mothers, though in the case of two conditions

were attached by a court. Washington DC police began backing away from the Finder's investigation. The group's practices, the police said, were eccentric but not illegal. End quote. And this article closed by complaining that quote, some rumors can last an awfully long time end quote. Indeed, motherfucker, they can so, even though the rumors, because that's what they're calling them, even though all this shit was found out, even though the rumors were circulated out side of the media, which

has never again mentioned the case. By the way, that does not mean that there was no additional information available on the subject, because, as the US News reporters noted in their report, there was a certain Customs Service memorandum that was written at the time of the original nineteen eighty seven investigation, and that document was in the hands of the news reporters at the time the story was

being written, which should have been faithfully reported. But for some fucking reason, the news concluded quote none of the allegations were ever proved end quote. But still it might be nice to review the document to see what kind of eccentric not illegal quote unquote practices the Finders group was involved in it for ourselves, would it not? Well?

Here we go. The memo in question is actually a series of memos that were written by US Customs Service agent Ramone J. Martinez, and in the officer's own words, this is what he observed while participating in the investigation. Here we go. Quote. On Thursday, February fifth, nineteen eighty seven, this office was contacted via telephone by Sergeant joe Anne

van Meeter of the Tallahassee Police Department Juvenile Division. Sergeant van Meeter requested assistance in identifying two adult males and six minor children ages seven years to two years. The adult males were tentatively identified by TPD as Michael Hulahan and Douglas Amherman. Both of Washington, d C. Who were

arrested the previous day on charges of child abuse. The police had received an anonymous phone call about two well dressed white men wearing suits and ties in Myers Park, Tallahassee, apparently watching six dirty and unkempt children in the playground area.

Hulihan and Amerman were near a nineteen eighty blue Dodge van bearing a Virginia license plate number XHW five five seven, the inside of which was later described as foul smelling, filled with maps, books, letters, and with a mattress situated to the rear of the van, which appeared as if it were used as a bed, and the overall appearance of the van gave the impression that all eight persons

were living in it. The children were covered with insect bites, were very dirty, most of the children were not wearing any underwear, and all of the children had not been bathed in what appeared to be weeks. The men were arrested and charged with multiple counts of child abuse and

lodged in the Leon County Jail. Once in custody, the men were somewhat evasive in their answers to the police regarding the children and stated only that they both were the children's teachers and that they were all en route to Mexico to establish a school for brilliant children end quote. So holy fuck shit. They were caught red handed, right transporting children that hadn't taken a bath in weeks, living out of a van, couldn't nonverbal children? Where did they

get them? So US Customs was contacted because the police officers involved suspected the adults of being involved in child pornography. Hello, that should be obvious, and they knew the Custom Service to not only have a network of child pornography investing gators, but also the child Pornography and Protection Unit. So this agent crete Lao stated the two adults were well dressed, white males. They had custody of six children, white boys

and girls, ages three to six years old. The children were observed to be poorly dressed, bruised, dirty bug bites all over their bodies, behaving like wild animals in a public park in Tallahassee, and so Agent crete Lao was further advised that the children were unaware of the function and purpose of telephones. They didn't know what TVs were, they didn't know how to use toilets, and that the children had stated they were not allowed to live indoors

and were given food as a reward. Now get this shit. A Detective Bradley had initiated an investigation on the two addresses provided by the Tallahassee Police Department in December of nineteen eighty six because it turns out an informant had given him information regarding a cult known as the Finders, operating various businesses out of a warehouse located at thirteen oh seven Fourth Street Northeast and were supposed to be housing children at thirty nine to eighteen West Street, Northwest.

Those addresses sound bizarre to me, but that's what it was. So the information was specific in describing blood rituals and sexual orgies involving children, and an unsolved murder in which the Finders may be involved. So, with the information provided by the informant, Detective Bradley was able to match some of the children in Tallahassee with names of children known or alleged to be in the custody of the fucking Finders. Also, Detective Bradley was able to match the tentative idea of

the adults with known members of the Finders. So Bradley consulted with a member of the Association of the United States Army. His name was Henry Binner, and obtained search warrants for the two premises. A team went to thirteen oh seven four Street and to thirty nine to eighteen West Street, whatever and during the execution of the warrant at thirty nine eighteen West Street, an agent was able

to observe and access the entire building. There were several subjects on the premises, only one was deemed to be connected with the Finders. He was located in a room equipped with several computers, printers, and numerous documents. Cursory examination of the documents revealed detailed instructions for obtaining children for unspecified purposes. The instructions included the impregnation of female members

of the Finders, purchasing children, trading and kidnapping children. It was essentially kidnap uh purchase or trading children for dummies. There were also messages with account numbers found on a computer. One such message specifically ordered the purchase of two children in Hong Kong, to be arranged through a contact in the Chinese embassy. There. Another message expressed interest in bank

secrecy quote unquote situations. Other documents identified interests in transfers to the United Kingdom, numerous properties under the control of the Finders, a keen interest in terrorism, explosives, and the evasion of law enforcement. These were all documents found in this computer room. Also found in the computer room was a detailed summary of the events surrounding the arrest and taking into custody of the two adults and six children

in Tallahassee the previous night. There was also a set of instructions which appeared to be broadcast via a computer network, which advised the participants to quote move the children in quote and keep them moving through different jurisdictions, and instructions on how to avoid police attention. Agents were also able to observe numerous documents which described explicit sexual conduct between the members of the community known as the Finders. They

saw a large collection of photographs of unidentified persons. Some of the photographs were nudes believed to be members of the Finders. There were numerous photos of children, some nude, at least one of which was a photo of a child on display and appeared to accent the child's genitals. One of the officers was presented with a photo album for a review. The album contained a series of photos of adults and children dressed in white sheets participating in

a blood ritual. The rituals centered around the execution of at least two goats. The photos portrayed the execution, disembowment, skinning, and dismemberment of the goats at the hands of the children, and this included the removal of the testes of a male goat, the discovery of a female goat's womb and the baby goats inside the womb, and the presentation of a goat's head to one of the children. So so much for the Finders Club being what did they say?

Eccentric but not illegal? What does that sound like to you? So Further inspection of the premises disclosed numerous files relating to activities of the organization in different parts of the world. Locations were observed in London, Germany, the Bahamas, Japan, Hong Kong, Malaysia, Africa, Costa Rica and Europe. There was also a file identified as Palestinian. Other files were identified by member name or project name. The projects appearing to be operated for commercial

purposes under front names for the Finders. There was one file entitled Pentagon break In, and others referring to members operating in foreign countries. There were even intelligence files on private families not related to the Finders. It also appeared the Finders took in in local newspaper advertisements for babysitters,

tutors and the like, which is really fucking interesting. So apparently a member of the Finders would respond to these ads and gather as much information as possible about the family who posted the ad. The use to which this information was being put is still unknown, but honestly super interesting. There was also a large amount of data collected on various childcare organizations. Now. They also found that the warehouse contained a large library, two kitchens, a sauna, a hot tub,

and a video room quote unquote. The video room seemed to be set up as like this indoctrination center. It also appeared that the organization had the capability to produce its own videos. There were what appeared to be training areas for children in what appeared to be an altar set up in a residential area of the warehouse. Many jars of get this shit here we go again, urine

and feces were located in that area. Back to the fucking piss and shit, But so needless to say, contrary to the claims of the US News, running an international terrorist organization specializing in the trafficking of children is definitely more than just fucking eccentric, unless the organization doing the trafficking is run by the goddamned CIA, right an actually group leader, Maren Petty, you shed additional light on his connections to the CIA in an interview with This steam

Shovel Press in nineteen ninety eight. Recounting the history of his group, Petty had this to say, quote, going back to World War Two, I kept an open house mainly to intelligence people in Washington, oss people passing through things like that. In quote, Petty was not an intelligence asset himself, though in fact he spent his entire life serving as a counter spy. As a private citizen, he has taken on the job of monitoring the CIA. As for his wife, Petty claims that he sent her quote in as a

spy to spy on the CIA for me. She was very happy about it, happy to tell me everything she found out. She was in a key place, you know, with the records and stuff and she could find out anything I wanted in quote ain't that nice? I mean the same probably applies to Petty Son too, And Petty sums up his relationship with the CIA by acknowledging that there quote are some connections, but not to me personally

end quote. Interestingly enough, though, for a group that claimed no direct connection to the Central Intelligence Agency, they obviously had very powerful people within that community protecting it, As the final Custom Service memo reveals, here we go quote. On Thursday February fifth, nineteen eighty seven, Senior Special Agent Harold and I assisted the Washington d C. Metropolitan Police Department with two search warrants involving the possible sexual exploitation

of children. During the course of the search warrants, numerous documents were discovered which appeared to be concerned with international trafficking and children, high tech transfer to the United Kingdom, and international transfer of currency. On March thirty first, nineteen eighty seven, I contacted Detective Jim Bradley of the Washington d C. Metropolitan Police Department. I was to meet with Detective Bradley to review the documents seized pursuant to two

search warrants executed in January nineteen eighty seven. The meeting was to take place on April second or third, nineteen eighty seven. On April second, nineteen eighty seven, I arrived at MPD at approximately nine am. Detective Bradley was not available. I spoke to a third party who was willing to discuss the case with me on a strictly off the record basis. I was advised that all the passport data had been turned over to the State Department for their investigation.

The State Department intern advised the NPD that all travel and use of the passports by the holders of the passports was within the law and no action would be taken. This included travel to Moscow, North Korea, and North Vietnam from the late nineteen fifties to mid nineteen seventies. The individual further advised me of circumstances which indicated that the investigation into the activity of the Finders Club had become a CIA internal matter. The MPD report had been classified

secret and was not available for review. I was advised that the FBI had withdrawn from the investigation several weeks prior, and that the FBI Foreign counter Intelligence Division had directed MPD not to advise the FBI Washington Field Office of anything that had transpired in quote, So the Finders RBA protected from on high and the initial arrest of the Finders in Tallahassee went almost completely unnoticed by the media. So did another arrest in that same state in August

two thousand. So here we go. The arrested man was Wayne Kamalie, and the charges were operating an online child pornography site. The Los Angeles Times reported that the West Palm Beach home in which Kamalie was arrested, not unlike the Finders van, was filled with so much rotting garbage, trash and catshit that the agents had to borrow oxygen masks and hazardous material suits from the county fire department just to carry out the search. Fucking catshit anyways. Ceased

in the raid were numerous videotapes and a computer. But what makes Kamalie's arrest of significance here is that, as the Times reported, it was initiated by police quote investigating Belgian's most notorious pedophile murder case end quote. Mm hmm. Do you want to take a guess who Komalie is

linked to? Well, it seems that Kamalie had close connections to a douche packer named Felix Dconic, a suspect in the kidnapping and molestation of a fourteen year old girl, and Deconic, as it turns out, had direct links to Mark Dutro. Look at that, everyone, It's a full circle moment, don't you just love those? And so here we are. We end up right back where we began with the case of the Belgian beast. How in connection with two other pedophiles that end up in this investigation with the Finders.

So the brief Times report closed with these words. Quote. US officials couldn't elaborate on the connections between Deconic and du Troux, but said they were part of the same child pornography, molestation and murder investigation end quote. Oh boy. So it is highly unlikely that anyone will ever revisit

the case of Wayne Camalie. Even the La Times article quickly disappeared from the newspapers online archives, and as with so many other cases, the final words of the US Custom Service memorandum on the Finder's investigation will likely provide the epitaph for this case as well. Quote no further information will be available, no further action will be taken

in quote. So The Guardian reported in January two thousand and one that INTERPOL, the international police agency, quote, has agreed to set up an electronic library of child sex victims at its headquarters in Lyon, France. In quote, the first images that were to be processed into that database were seven hundred and fifty thousand photos seized by British authorities in the Wonderland raids. In April two thousand and three, Britain's The Registered quote unquote reported that the US Justice

Department was setting up an even larger database. Quote. A huge database system designed to find sexually abused children is under development in the US. The US Justice Department's Child Victim Identification program will include a cattalog of thousands of illicit pictures seized from suspects and collected from the web. In quote, which, let's be real, that just makes the Justice Department the owner of the world's largest collection of

child pornography. Tell me I'm wrong. And according to an AP report, child pornography investigators in several countries had already contributed images to the database, as had the FBI, Secret Service, Postal Inspection service and exploited children groups. So the goal of the system was to eventually include the most illicit photographs in circulation on the Internet. Well, well, well, that is interesting that they want to compile all these images

because they're not fucking doing anything with them. I mean, advanced image recognition software that was utilized in the attempt to match an identify the children in the photographic images was supposed to make it easier to identify and locate sexually abused children. Sure, that's what they were using it for,

that I mean, but let's be real. That would be an encouraging development if that was an actual, sincere effort by law enforcement personnel to gather evidence against the child exploitation rings and aid in the physically and emotionally ravaged victims. But as we know, that's not the case. It's more likely that there is a very sinister goal being pursued.

And actually, researcher Arlene Teyner, who has spent a considerable amount of time interviewing and corresponding with victims of mind control operations, noted in a magazine article that some of these victims were turned over to military or CIA doctors. I pedophile fathers or other sexually abusive relatives, and CIA officials also blackmailed family members known to produce kittie born in order to gain control of their already abused, in

psychologically fragmented children. So it seems to be a fact that all these high profile child pornography raids, which without exception result in relatively few arrests and even fewer prosecutions and convictions, are not intended to punish the victimizers, but to identify and compromise them. And it seems that the databases being compiled would be utilized as something of a recruitment list to identify those persons who have been preconditioned,

so to speak, for future mind control operations. Right, that's what they're really up to. But one thing can be stayed with certainty about the thousands of victims of today's child pornography and child prostitution rings. Someday many of them will come forward to tell harrowing stories of their early childhood abuse. They will speak of acts of depravity committed against children that are so heinous as to be almost

beyond human comprehension. And yet as difficult as their stories will be to believe, they will be documented by the images stored in this fucking database and in the US Justice Department's computers. But how many of these victims will be believed because they're not going to ever share that evidence with us. That is not why they created the database. This is going to be the end of the Uncle

Sam saga. We are actually going to move on to bigger and better things with the next mini series, maybe even take a break from all this child pornography stuff. But it is so important for people to understand what is going on and what has happened in the past, who the Finders Club is, who, who was involved in the Franklin scandal, Like all this stuff is so important. It's so so, so, so so important now more than ever.

But this is going to end Uncle Sam, and I think you are going to enjoy the next mini series even more. And I'm in between two names right now, so I don't want to say for sure what it's going to be called, but you'll see it when it comes out. Before we go, there is one very important vital piece of information I need you to learn just as soon as humanly possible. I won't, I won't sob A won't. The wont so bad It is raving, is
