CULTXCOSMIC: Uncle Sam Wants Your Children PT 1

and we are starting a brand new series. This series is entitled Uncle Sam Wants Your Children, and today is going to be part one. So without further ado, and I'm sitting on the floor and my ass cheeks are literally about to fall asleep as is, let's just go ahead and roll right into it. So we will now be getting into some governmental pedaphocracy in this new segment, a lot like the last segment, blatant cover ups and way way more. Let's start by reading a quote quote.

I cannot accept promotion in a system that at first refused to acknowledge and now refuses to deal with the victims of extensive child abuse that occurred at the West

Point Child Development Center end quote. And that came from Army Captain Walter R. Groat, who was refusing a major promotion in June of nineteen eighty five because he had a conscience and he realized that what we're about to get into there is child abuse going on, and molestation, you name it, all this crap, and they're wanting to give this guy promotion and he's like, well, I can't accept a promotion because nobody is wanting to deal with the victims of this extensive child abuse. So on and

so forth. And you know, kudos to that guy, because most of the time you flash some dollars in someone's face and their fucking panties fly off. So, I mean, where are the true patriots these days? But so, touching on the last series with the Franklin scandal, one of the names that surfaced at the Paul Banasi trial that we spoke about in the Part four episode of The Pedaphocracy was Michael Achino. Now, Michael Achino is the High Priest and chief executive of the Temple of set ever

heard of it? Well, it's an overtly Satanic cult that split off from the Church of Satan in nineteen seventy five. And besides tending to those duties, Michael Achino has also, according to his official biography circulated by the Temple by the Way, he has been known to occupy his time serving as lieutenant colonel with military intelligence in the US Army. So those two things usually go hand in hand. Satanic priest,

lieutenant colonel. I'm not saying everyone involved in the Army is some type of Satanic priest, but I will say it's not shocking.

and so here we are, right. Larry King's former personal photographer has also identified Aquino as the man who he saw King hand over a suitcase full of cash and bonds. Now, who's this photographer? Well, you might remember this name because we spoke about it in the John A episode. He goes by the name Rusty Nelson and Rusty friends with Hunter S. Thompson has also said that he was told by King that Qina was part of the contra guns and cocaine trafficking operation run by George Bush and another

notorious lieutenant colonel named Oliver North. Akino has been linked to the oh Foot Air Force Base, Like I think I'm saying that right.

Zodiac killings. A lot of people were pointing fingers his way when that shit started to break a loose. But I bet you're not going to hear that brought up. I've actually even heard that it might have been Ted Kaczynski. But if we're being honest, I would say it's leaning towards the possibility that it could have been Michael Achino. Anyways, this was certainly not the first time that Aquino had been identified as a key figure in organized pedophile child

pornography rings. So in July nineteen eighty eight, not long before the King and Craig Spence cases broke, the San Jose Mercury News ran a lengthy expose on the Presidio Child Development Center, run by the US Army in San Francisco. Y'all really need to listen to my Laurel Canyon episodes. I know I keep saying that, but you do Anyways. Allegations of abuse being perpetrated at the center first emerged

in November nineteen eighty six. And again, this is the Presidio Child Development Center run by the US Army in San Francisco, and it all started when a lady who was completely alarmed by accusations made by her child, sought a medical examination that confirmed that her three year old boy had in fact been anally raped. The boy identified his rapist as mister Gary quote unquote, who was a teacher at the Presidio center. His full name was Gary Hambright.

And even with this conclusive medical evidence that he had been anally raped, it took the Army almost a month to notify the parents of other children who had been in mister Gary's class since that incident had taken place. Within a year, at least sixty additional victims had been identified, all between the ages of three and seven, and further allegations would be made by parents that several more children

were molested even after the investigation had begun. So think of the balls you'd have to have that, even after they've launched this investigation, you continue to molest and rape kids. But amazingly enough, the center remained open for more than a year after the first case of abuse was reported, which is interesting because even the Mercury News reported quote daycare centers under state jurisdiction are routinely closed when an abuse incident is confirmed end quote. So how was this allowed?

And this was considerably more than just a single abuse case that had been confirmed. No, no, no, The truth of the situation is that the children told stories that implicated many other perpetrators. In addition to just mister Gary. They also told of being taken away from the center and abused in private homes. At least three such houses were positively identified, And they told of being forced to play poop baseball in some Goo Goo Gaga something or

other game, and they were exactly how they sound. These games quote unquote involved the children being urinated on, defecated on, and being forced to ingest urine and feces. Fucking think about that. This isn't like kinkshit okay, Cleveland Steamer type shit. Now. These are satanic rituals straight up, one hundred percent. And many of the children also spoke of having guns pointed at them and being told that they and or their parents and siblings would be killed if they told anyone

what had been done to them. And despite the mounting number of witnesses and victims and the numerous crimes alleged by these children, only one suspect, that fucking mister Gary was arrested on January fifth, nineteen eighty seven, even though there were all these other people that were implicated in it by the children, there is little doubt that literally dozens of children were in fact severely abused at the Presidio Center, and it wasn't all at the hands of

mister Gary. There was undeniable medical evidence to document that fact. Five of the children, five of the children guys aged three to seven, five of them had contracted fucking chlamydia. Many other children showed clear signs of anal and genital trauma consistent with violent penetration, and five of them had fucking chlamydia. So one mother even complained to the San Francisco Chronicle that the FBI never interviewed her son or her and that was even after doctors had confirmed the

three year old's abuse. The FBI still didn't want to interview her or her son, even after the doctors came out and were like, absolutely, this three year old has been abused in this way and nothing fucking nothing. So in addition to the medical symptoms, there were psychological symptoms as well. The American Journal of Orthopsychiatry noted in April nineteen ninety two, quote severity of the trauma for children at the Presidio was immediately manifest in clear cut symptoms.

Before the abuse was exposed, parents had already noticed the following changes in their children vaginal discharge, genital soreness, rashes, fear of the dark, sleep disturbances, nightmares, sexually provocative language, and sexually inappropriate behavior. In addition, the children were exhibiting other radical changes in behavior, including temper outbursts, sudden mood shifts,

and poor impulse control. All these behavioral symptoms are to be expected in preschool children who have been molested end quote. Then this journal article written by Diane Earnsaft, I believe

er and saft Yeah, that's close enough. She also noted, quote the Presidio case has confronted both the public at large and the mental health community with an extraordinary and apparent situation of grave psychological proportions the wilful molestation of young boys and girls by representatives of the most patriarchal and supposedly protective arm of the American government, the US

Army end quote. Diane also observed that a pathological hatred had manifested itself in the fathers of children abused in this way, particularly as they saw their children's cases stonewalled and swept completely under the rug. I mean, it's again, how would you feel if it was your child? Of course, they had manifested a pathological hatred of these people. One father was quoted as saying, quote, I was ready to

blow the army base away end quote. I mean, like I've said before, you would want some kind of retribution. I'd want to slash the balls off whoever did this to my kid, Like you'd want to slash anyone's fucking balls off that would do this to any other child, like not even your own. In the main demon most of the fathers wanted to slash the balls off of was Michael Achino. One child positively identified Aquino and his fucking wife Lilith Uh known to the kids as Mikey

and Shamby. But first off, do you think her name was really Lilith? Like that is pretty significant, Like she maybe she just went by Lilith, but she told the kids their names were Mikey and Shamby uh. And also, this child was able to identify the Achino's private home and to describe with considerable accuracy the distinctively satanic interior

decor of the Achino's home. This little Boy claimed to have been photographed at the Achino's home, and on August fourteenth, nineteen eighty seven, a search warrant was served on that very house, and confiscated in the raid were numerous videotapes, photographs, photo albums, photographic negatives, cassette tapes, and names and address books. Also observed was what appeared to be a soundproof room.

But even with that, neither of the Achinos were charged with any crimes and still haven't been to this fucking day, a fact that Michael Keino points to as proof of his innocence. But we all know how that shit works, right,

And wouldn't you know? A month after the raid, a fire, which the Army deemed to be accidental, destroyed the Army Community Service building adjacent to the Presidio Daycare Center, And strangely enough, the fire occurred on the autumnal Equinox, a major event on the Satanic calendar, and in this fire, it destroyed some of the child development center's records. Wouldn't youel? Three weeks later fire struck again, this time at the

daycare center itself. While we all knew that was coming right Building seven to anyone, it also destroyed a building that housed four classrooms, one of which miss Stagery was occupying, and everything was completely destroyed. So we have three buildings now completely ablaze and fucking all the records destroyed, everything,

like totally covered up. And so get this. Investigators from the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms determined that quote, both fires had been arson, which was totally contrary to the army's findings, who maintained that they were accidents. And when you're the Army, guess what you say is law, what you say is truth. Whether or not it is doesn't matter. Because even though this bu bzo of fucking the Alcohol Tobacco Firearms and they were like, hey, bro,

this is definitely arson, they're like, no, it's not. Yeah, it's arsen Oh no, no, no, no, no, no accident, accident. But we found evidence to suggest that this was definitely arsen No you didn't, like, that's the thing, right, Either

it is or it isn't, And that's fucking great. So, in between the first and second fires, with evidence indicating that a third arson attempt had been made as well, Misster Gary was indicted, this time charged with molesting ten children, but don't hold your breath, because in February nineteen eighty eight, all but one of the new charges were dropped, and shortly thereafter the remaining count was dropped as well, So all charges dropped and no further charges were brought against him.

Fucking mister Gary gets off Scott fucking free, and we've got like sixty three year olds with bleeding anuses. But mister Gary's fucking cruised in the Caribbean. So in January nineteen eighty eight, a Kino filed a suit against the Army to have a cleared from his record that he had been investigated in a suspected pedophile ring. And according to the courts, he also had the balls to charge Captain Adam Thompson, the father of one of the victims, with conduct unbecoming of an officer.

with children, sodomy, conspiracy, kidnapping, and falsewearing. Despite the fact that the San Francisco Police closed the investigation and filed no charges against Michael Aquino or anyone else, but they had a probable cause to title him with those following offenses in decent acts with the child saw too met conspiracy, kidnapping,

and false wearing, they closed the investigation. Akino and some of his defenders have consistently claimed that no one was ever prosecuted in the case due to lack of evidence, which he says is proof the entire affair was no more than a witch hunt. That's what they always say, right,

witch hunt? Witch hunt? Which hunt and the failure to prosecute the federal charges could have been due to the fact that at the time the US Attorney in San Francisco handling the case was Joseph russa nilo and fucking Joseph would later be identified by reporter Gary Webb of the San Jose Mercury News as a main player in the Contra cocaine smuggling operations led by Lieutenant Colonel Oliver North.

There we go again with Oliver North. So the here's the thing, just like with the John Binney case and Alex Hunter, the district attorney fucking covering all this bull up. The failure to prosecute these federal charges was one hundred percent due to the handling of the case by this Joseph Rusiello or whatever the fuck his name is, who was also involved in the Contra cocaine smuggling op and was involved with George Bush and Oliver North and all this bullshit, and was probably a part to do with

the fucking Franklin scandal, if I'm just being honest. But witnesses also identified Lieutenant Colonel Michael Achino as an operative in that very same sordid affair. So he is in with Flynn, like he is doing all this stuff, like they're protecting him, they are covering his tracks. So in May nineteen eighty nine, Aquino was again a question in connection with child abuse investigations, but this time at least five children in three cities were making the accusations. They

didn't even know each other. The children had seen Akino in the newspapers and television coverage of the Presidio case and immediately recognized him as one of their abusers. These fucking children lived no near each other. Three of the children lived in California, where police Chief Fred Kepplinger was overseeing the investigation of the allegations, but the other children lived in other places, and the Mercury News quoted the

chief as saying, quote, the children are believable. I have no doubt in my mind that something has occurred end quote. Aquino was also identified by children in completely other places

in California, like Santa Rosa and Fort Bragg. In the Fort Bragg case, allegations of ritual abuse erupted in nineteen eighty five when several children at the Jubilation Daycare Center said they were sexually abused by a number of people at the daycare center and at several locations away from the center, including at least two churches, and Aquina was identified as having been present at one of those church rituals.

So according to the Mercury News, there was clear evidence of Satanic cult activity on the grounds of the presidio base, including an abundance of Satanic graffiti, a Satanic altar, and numerous artifacts of Satanic rituals, and a former MP at the base told the News quote, We've got a cult on the Presidio of San Francisco, and nobody cares about it. We were told by the Marshall just to forget about it,

end quote, and so get this shit. On April nineteenth, nineteen eighty eight, the eve of Adolf Hitler's birthday, an open house was held on the grounds of the presidio, heralding the opening of a brand new daycare facility built to replace the fire damage Chile Development Center. Here we

fucking go. And another interesting tidbit is that Aquino owned a building in Marin County that he inherited from his mother, Betty Ford a Quino, that was jointly leased to the Marin County Child Abuse Council and Project Care for Children. And this stated purpose of Project Care was to assist

parents in locating daycare for their children. Of course, just drop them off out of Keno's house to get pissed and shit on and sodomized for the devil that must have been in the fine print, you know how they do those things. So he owns a place where he is he can literally get his hands on as many

children as he would like. And as disturbing as the Presidio case was, it was just one of many ritual abuse cases directly tied to one or more branches of the United States Armed Forces, and especially with this like whole just drop your kids off and we'll take care of it thing, drop them off at Mike Lakino's house to play poop fucking whatever you call poop's goop baseball whatever, But anyways, as The Mercury News reported, by November nineteen

eighty seven, the Army had received allegations of child abuse at least fifteen of its daycare centers and several elementary schools. There were also at least two cases in Air Force daycare centers and another in a center run by the US Navy. So a special team of experts was sent to Panama in June nineteen eighty eight to help determine if as many as ten children at a Department of Defense elementary school had been molested impossibly infected with AIDS.

Anybody remember that, I'm sure you don't. And yet another case emerged in a US run facility in West Germany. These cases erupted at some of the country's most esteemed military bases, including Fort Dick's No pun intended, Fort Leavenworth, Fort Jackson and West Point. Many of those making the accusations were career military officers who had devoted their lives

to unquestioned allegiance to the US Armed Forces. Didn't know that Uncle Sam wanted his children, so many of these career military officers would resign their posts in outraged protests.

The West Point case, among others, was linked to the Presidio case, and The Times Herald Record reported in June nineteen ninety one the quote, incidents at the West Point Child Development Center unfolded against a backdrop of satanic acts, animal sacrifices, and cult like behavior among the abusers, whose activities extended far beyond the US military academy borders to Orange County and a military base in San Francisco end quote.

So the case first broke in July nineteen eighty four, when a three year old again three year old girl found herself in the emergency room of the West Point Hospital with a lacerated vagina. Guys, this stuff is like, I mean, what can I say. It's horrifying. It's petrifying that we could have something like this going on and no one fucking know about it. But so the next month, after the little girl with the lacerated vagina. The parents of another child leveled accusations of abuse at the center

as well. The Mercury News reported by the end of the year, fifty children had been interviewed by investigators. Children at West Point told stories that would become horrifyingly familiar. They said they had been ritually abused, that they had had excrements smeared on their bodies and been forced to eat shit and drink piss. They said they were taken away from the daycare center and photographed with this going on.

And despite abundant medical and psychological evidence and literally dozens of child witnesses, and despite the nine hundred and fifty five interviews by sixty FBI agents assigned to the investigation, the investigation somehow produced no federal grand jury indictments. But wouldn't you like to know the investigation was led by at the time former US Attorney and future mayor Rudolph Giuliani. So here we fucking go. My leg is asleep. My leg is definitely asleep. Oh there goes my ankle. Fuck me.

I'm doing this because I love you all so much, but this is highly uncomfortable. Anyways, in nineteen eighty seven, Giuliani said his detailed investigation showed only maybe one or two children who were abused, but still no indictments. But Giuliani's contention was directly contradicted by an independent investigation kind

of like the arsons that the Herald Report divulged. Quote a still secret independent report produced by one of the nation's top experts on child sex abuse confirms the children's accusations of abuse en quote. But this was not the first time that prestigious West Point had shown an appalling willingness to overlook military personnel directing extreme levels of abuse at children. A year before the abuse case broke, a twenty two month old child was murdered by an Army

staff sergeant. The Mercury News reported that, following a quote court martial hearing, the sergeant was given an eighteen month suspended sentence and dishonorable discharge end quote. So in other words, he was essentially given a free ride after murdering a twenty two month old child, and with help from Giuliani, the FBI, and the US Army and the Grand jury, the abusers of dozens of children at the West Point daycare center were likewise given a free ride and not

to add insult to injury. But it turns out the daycare building number was number six sixty six on the academy grounds, so take that for what it's worth. But just like the Franklin case, the children and their parents kind of found justice, but only through the civil courts. The Harald reported that in a suit brought by the parents' lawyers for both the government and the eleven child plaintiffs agreed that the children were sexually abused at the center.

The government, though, sleased their way out of it by by claiming they could not be held responsible due to the assault exemption in the Federal Tort Claim Act. That's a quote. They could not be held responsible due to the assault exemption in the Federal Tort Claim Act. So under federal law, the government cannot be held liable for assaults committed by its employees and thus cannot be sued for assault. So, in other words, the Army did not

dispute the allegations. It just rather cavalierly maintained that it was exempt from being sued for what had occurred at one of its stay care centers. The court, thank god, saw otherwise and awarded two point seven million to nine of the child victims, which, in my opinion, minimal case compensation for their suffering, but a victory of sorts. Nonetheless,

I suppose, right, I suppose. The Times wrote that the settlement amount was large for a child abuse case in which no criminal charges were filed, which isn't that interesting. The article also claimed that the case was not pursued because the Federal Bureau of Investigation found insufficient evidence to prosecute. But the reality is the Bureau deliberately ignored and or covered up that evidence and so ended the West Point case. Except that, as one of the mothers said, it will

never really be over. And here is a quote from that mother. Quote, these people stole our children. She's nothing like she used to be. She's a very angry little girl. She doesn't trust anyone. She's nothing like she was before this happened. It's never going to be over for them or for us. En quote. The mother of another presidio victim had this to say, quote, people keep telling us we've got to let it go, just forget about it

and go on. Three weeks ago, our youngest daughter was having nightmares, and our other daughter was closing out the whole world, going to her room and sitting there with no radio, no TV, no nothing. Tell me it's over. End quote. So in this mini series, we are going to be discussing some more of these cases in which Uncle Sam Wants Your Children. I am going through a whole lot of shit in my life right now, some really really really really positive, some really really really negative.
