Good morning everybody. Corey used bloody history. And we're continuing on with this David Ferry File three. And we've come with a document which I'm gonna say is probably of utmost importance. It is a document we don't have. We have just a little sample of it. This is Commissioned Document seventy five Report of Special Agent Warren Debrize, dated twelve, two sixty three at Dallas, Texas. A couple things of note here. Warren de Breeze is based out of Dallas.
His name constantly comes up in the FBI level conspiracy stuff. Why he'd have access to this file, I don't know. The important thing about these documents here, with the Commission documents is that they're all basically classified. Still we don't have them. There's about two hundred Commission documents, if I'm not mistaken. They're specifically called Commission documents in quotes, and that's where all the goods are, that's where all the
really good stuff is, but we don't have any of it. That's, you know something, the Commission documents. Remember how once I said that there's definitely another Warren report out there that says all the real stuff behind the scenes. Because they had communications that they had to talk about before they formulated this the fake ass report. So all the real stuff is still there, So there has to be another second report, and all these commission documents are probably a
part of it. There are tens of thousands of pages, if not more. So this one here says the above document in two volumes and seven hundred thirty seven pages long. Okay, so Commission Document seventy five is seven hundred and thirty seven pages long. All right, there's two hundred, at least two hundred commission documents. I mean, this has got to be tens of thousands of pages, if not one hundred thousand pages. I mean, there's just so much in these
commission documents and we don't know any of it. So as I go through the names that are listed here, please take very careful note because a lot of these names don't appear anywhere else in the Kennedy assassination investigation. So I have a feeling a lot of these names are going to have relevance to stuff that we don't even know yet. So all right, let me go ahead
and read this analysis of classified pages. The above document in two volumes and seven hundred and thirty seven pages long, is one of the most important FBI reports in the archives. It also contains more material about New Orleans than any other document, including the forty classified pages on David Ferry. It is also the document which Wegman was looking at
on May tenth. Like all the bulky documents pertaining to the assassination, it is in the List B category, which means that it is unclassified, but numerous pages are withdrawn at the request of the FBI. Portions of the document have been published as CES eighteen ninety six to nineteen forty two, but the majority of it is unpublished CE eighteen ninety six to nineteen forty two. If one of the guys in the chat want to pull that up and post it, all right, So pages classified on the left,
names mentioned on the right. So all the pages that I'm going to read are classified, and all the names are the names that are associated with it. Page one twelve Chandler, T. Josie jos Y one sixty four to one sixty six, J. W. Hammett, M. Herdhoff, John Morrett, dutz Morett, Jen Morrett, and Alan Waller W. A. L. E. R. The Morrett stuff is all family related Naval Intelligence Page

I'm sorry this is moving off the next one page one eighty two and A one eighty three, John David Kilgore, twenty eight thirty Chapman Street, Shreveport, Louisiana, Major Orville Richards, William Thornton, pages two O seven to two ten J. W. Hammett, Jack Barringer, Jack Irwin, Mike Gacone. That name's familiar. H
Warner Klopfer. The Cloapfer name was associated with Oswald. I believe over in that was a teacher's name. O in A where was it? Coventry, Louisiana, Covington, Louisiana. All right, missus l W. Mathin, Augustus michel A John Morrett again, Florence Morat, I don't know who that is. And Ruth Morat. Ooh, maybe there's two other names. Well it's spelled m m U r at. But they do stuff like that all
the time to switch names. So Florence Morat and Ruth Morat, those names need to be looked into if they're connected to John two twelve to two twenty one Ferry analysis of these pages already sent. There's no commentary, so there's something good in there two twenty five to twenty eight. Ferry with no commentary two fifty seven to two sixty Jack Arnold, doctor Kyle Ham, doctor hamm Is, Gladys Rogers psychiatrist.
Who the fuck is Gladys Rogers? Carol E. Hyde, Garland Lanningham, Michael and Ruth Payne, George Stevenson, Missus Rogers two eighty one to three oh four Ferry analysis sent three oh seven to three eleven. Ferry three thirteen to three sixteen Ferry, Va Belle, Verrett, v E, R, R E. T. And Vorhees three nineteen to three twenty three. Fairy Erlicker, Meister and Vabelle. Vabell Coffee Compton, de Plantis Moore, Civil Air Patrol, Wilson, Steve Harden Joseph Thompson three forty five to three forty seven v C. Bilbo Trucking Company. Okay, So the Bilbo Trucking Company stuff I believe is evidence of Oswald's front jobs when he wasn't supposed to be working and having unemployment. He was collecting a paycheck from Bilbo Trucking and he when he
went there, he went by the name Harvey. Remember the guy we know is Lee Harvey Oswald who went to jail on November twenty second, that's Harvey Oswald. That's not the real Lee Oswald who disappeared in nineteen fifty nine. All Right, So the Bilbo Trucking stuff very important. If you are interested, go pull that. It's John Armstrong has a lot of information on it on his document site four hundred. John C. Hureton h E U R T I N William E. Miller VIC PISERA p I S
S E r A. I think that spelling's wrong. John Shay sh e A. Harold Chromed cro m I it's either two t's or two l's. But I never heard
the name Crommeller before. Henry Thompson, George Vath, John Wax, Lawrence Yeager, Milton, Danner, Dick White, Ao Fonville, Hidell spelt wrong, numerous first names Abner, Alberic, Albert J. Dominade, Antoine, Elvera, Hazel L, judith A Lluella c Is, a lot of names with just an abbreviation Ronda, duh Rita, Roger J. And then Hidell spelled hi A d e l L and Hidell h y d e l L, and then
fair play for Cuba committee. Those all fall between pages four fifteen and four thirty six, page four sixty one, four sixty two, Marcel Clark, Robert Oswald, Harold J. Stafford for sixty six, Ed Turnley four seventy five to four seventy seven, Missus Arden F. L E A s E R. Gregory Grobka, g r A b k A, doctor Forrest La Volette e J Leebhold. And then we have just a license number licensed b L five five two five, New York. It's a license plate Arthur W. Moehler, M O E L L E R Anthony I Oswald O S S W A L D Okay, So that Oswald the Oswald but two SS. That's an interesting story because at the exact same time that Oswald was allegedly down in Mexico City, we all
know it was Kerrie Thornley. But when at the time when Oswald was supposed to be down there, the FBI found another guy named Oswald Anthony Oswald I believe it was, who was in naval intelligence and that weekend he was sent down to Mexico to go hand out flyers on college campuses. And his name is Oswald with two s's right. And then there's also an Oswaldo who was down there in Mexico City doing stuff at the exact same time, right.
So the CIA plays their fucking games. They sent multiple people named Oswald to go to fucking Mexico City except for the real Oswald, which is hilarious. But there's a bunch of Oswald names here, osswld Irene, Mary Anthony. They did a whole background on the family Leonard Reisman, ri E I S. S. M An Anthony Resca, Irene Resca and Jack N. Rogers. That Jack Rogers name. I don't
know what the deal is it. People try to say that somebody named Jack Rogers was involved, like as the short Tramp and all that's total bullshit, nonsense, all right. Commission Documents, seventy five continued Classified Pages five nine to five nineteen. Edwin Schultz, ed Turnley, Cecilia twaro'z JD. Looks like I can't see the first letter. I think it's JD. Vincent, Missus Lee Williams, Henry Wonderlick, Page five forty five American Embassy, Moscow.
Remember these are all the classified pages that we haven't seen. So why are why are all these names being associated with a document that's classified? Right? So I remember American Embassy, Moscow, Howard J. Herbert Clarence Johnson, June Lee Oswald, Marina Oswald, Byron Phillips, Mister Eugene Urban five seventy two to five seventy four. Ken Diaz de Eas present, Vice President mid South Press, Shreveport, Florence de Men Florence de menmm I
don't no, no, no, no, no there's nobody named de Men. Okay, Now it was making me think, well, I can't remember offhand what was Jean de Manil's wife's name. Was it Florence? I don't know. My brain isn't telling me that it's not Florence, but I don't know offhand. And if it's the case, whenever I seeing something like Demn, this doesn't make any sense to me. It makes more sense that it's Demonil. But I'll have to do some looking into that.
George Henry, Domine Demn, Christine Steele, Eatman, Missus, Millie Kraft, Farrington, William, George Gauday, Henry, Edward Lemon Linman, Bagoline, Luigi, David Pierce, Maggie Are that's a David Faerri's pilot friend, Arthur Crandall, Mason, Gordon, Edward May, Missus, Lillian Stanton, Merrill, Missus, Judy, Marie North, Samuel Thomas North, Robert Howard Peevey, Maline Carter Peevey, Richard, Lawrence Fillion. Yeah. You don't see these names come up
anywhere else in the investigation, do you? But here they're all classified interesting. Henry Lee seven five to seven oh six, Carlos Brenier, Fairplay for Cuba first named unknown, hidel International Trademark, Lieutenant Francis Martello, Jack Ruby, a Government of Samosa That's interesting. Thompson's Restaurant and Tulane University UH seven oh seven unclassified deals with FPCC literature found among Oswald's possessions at Ruth
Payne's house on November twenty second, nineteen sixty three. Seven to eight, seven oh nine. Christina Amore, Manuel Amore, Marvin Brown, Cia, Lillian McFarland, Saint Petersburg Times, John Sider, Tampa Bay Chapter of fair Play for Cuba Committee, Harold Wilson, probably all Tampa Bay FPCC stuff related, Vincent Lee et cetera. Seven thirty four to seven thirty seven. These pages constitute the appending to the document. There are no references to any
proper names in the index. They probably contain references to the reliability of various FBI confidential informants, as in the appendices to other FBI documents. There is some indication not the list of names to be found on page five seven two to five seven four are people who obtained Mexican travel visas in New Orleans around the same time as Oswald this is anyway true of Godday North and Merrill and Maggie are and a few others who are
mentioned on other unclassified pages. Godday Pobox three sixty five, Waveland, Mississippi also indicated that he has in the past been an employee of the CIA. There are a total of one hundred and sixteen classified pages in this document, or slightly less than one sixth of the total number of pages. And that's from Tom Bethel, National Archives, Washington, d C. May twenty fourth, nineteen sixty seven. Some additional notes looks
like it's from the same document. This one' says National Archives. Here we go. Rifle found on this is like a list of various things. Rifle found on roof of Texas school Book Depository see Volume fifteen, page five ninety testimony of fair Waldo. According to Sprague, a sequence showing this rifle being brought down from the roof of the Texas school Book Depository is shown in the Dallas Cinema Associates
film of the assassination. Apparently it does not have a telescopic site all right, So there's some contradictory information on the rifle on the roof of the book depository tom Aleia, who filmed the Ilia film. Obviously, he denies that he filmed them coming off the roof, and he says there
was no rifle found on the roof. However, the rifle on the roof was identify as a mauser confirmed to be a mauser by the Dallas Police Department, and this appears in Gary Shaw's nineteen sixty seven book cover Up. It's one of the best early books on the assassination because it points out all kinds of stuff that they couldn't figure out. How's the picture of Lawrence Howard, the Mexican detained for not speaking English, the one that I still can't fit into any kind of timeline. So let
me continue on parole of Lee Harvey Oswald. Joyce O'Brien, Lillian Morett's daughter, went to see Oswald in jail and then contacted a family friend, Emil Bruno, who operates the B and W Package liquor store two seven one two Canal Street, and mister Bruno contacted someone else who had Oswald paroled. Right. That was all done through DUTs Moret's buddy people trying to make a big dealer with the mob connection. There, I don't really think it's a much
of a big deal. Raymond Comstock FBI Report eleven twenty seven, sixty three SA Regis Kennedy, Raymond Comstock, Investigator District Attorney's Office, advised that Dean Andrews, attorney at law, had contacted him attempted to identify Clay Bertrand. Comstock advised he was familiar with a number of homosexuals in the New Orleans French Quarter,
but has been unable to identify this individual. R M. Davis FBI Report eleven twenty seven to sixty three, SA Regis Kennedy R. M. Davis, investigator for Dean Andrews, attorney at law, Audubon Building, New Orleans, Louisiana, advised, upon the instruction of his employer, Dean Andrews, he has made extensive searches of the files of Andrews's office and has been unable to locate any records of Clay Bertrand or a record of Lee Harvey Oswald. He advised that he recalls
Oswald visiting Andrew's office. And Andrews had mentioned to him that Oswald was desirous of obtaining a hearing on his bad conduct discharge. From the US Marine Corps. Davis advised he could not recall or identify any the individuals with whom Oswald came to the office. Jack Nelson, CD seventy five, page one ninety five. An attorney contacted one Robert Heller, now living in New York, to represent Oswald after his arrest on Canal Street. Heller had witnessed the arrest CE
nineteen twenty eight. Robert Heller. That's interesting. Who the Hell's Robert Heller? More names on classified faery pages. The following two names were omitted from my earlier list of proper names mentioned on the forty classified faery pages. Harold Toole tol E and Joseph Thompson. I think those names are
probably pretty important to look up. Henry Gagreave, owner Henry's Market fifty one oh one Magazine Street, advised that during the early afternoon of November twenty sixth, nineteen sixty three, two young people apparently man and wife and apparently cuban, came into his store told him that Oswald was not guilty and should not have been shot. They were apparently friends or sympathizers of Oswalden, both about nineteen five foot one hundred and ten pounds Spanish accent from Tom Bethel
National Archives, May twenty fourth, sixty seven. All right, now, it seems that we have a handwritten memo, all right, dated September twenty fifth, sixty nine. EL are the initials up top underlined. David W. Ferry joined EL four sixteen fifty one Eastern Airlines. Okay, David Ferry joined Eastern Airlines for sixteen fifty one, promoted to captain seven one fifty seven fifty one to fifty seven. That's a long time he was at the Eastern Airlines A long time. Social
Security two eight two eighteen eight two one nine. Mailing address seventeen three oh two Laverne Avenue, Cleveland, Mother missus James Ferry dated birth twenty eighth of March nineteen eighteen, nineteen forty five, nineteen fifty Jeta Oil and Drilling. So I can find no record of a Jeta Oil and Drilling at all period. The address seven fourteen Swetland Street is actually not Swetland Street, it's Swetland Building. I don't
know what street that's actually on. Somebody commented on exit that's an actual building, but I couldn't find the actual road. So but I did an extensive search for Jeta Oil and Drilling doesn't exist, never existed. This is a time when he would have been with well, let's just say the post oss intelligence forces here in the US. He would have been down in Tampa in forty nine. He was seen at the airport in Venice with Clay Shaw in forty seven. So yeah, that's Jeto Oil and Drilling
is CIA front time. As of fifty one, he had flown in Canada and in Mexico. No military, no reserve. That's been proven false. He was reserved during that time, and he was supposed to be with the Jeda Oil and Drilling company in elementary high school. We got all those records. We've talked about that stuff before g ray
Gill was attorney References Discharge. Ferry says in nineteen fifty nine he had been in giving talks on communism three a week at the request of station managers in the Southwest, mostly about communism, assisted with Cuban refugees from Red Cuba. July sixty one, I was advised I was going to have my something pulled if I didn't layoff. August sixty one, landing charge The man really after me was a Richard Dowling, suspended from flying nineteen sixty one. These are called quotes here.
I feel I was getting too close to something and my fangs were pulled something his talks to by Rickenbacher. And then the quote I was never treated for mental problems. Quote I'm a PhD from Italy, Catholic all his life. Quote I understand two people were discharged from Eastern who were communists classified four D on five twenty one forty one. I don't know what that means. Classified four dash D

That's interesting. Cuban Democratic Revolutionary Front, New Orleans Delegate two oh seven Balter Building, New Orleans, eighteenth, July sixty one, Captain Eddie Rickenbacker, Chairman of the Board, Dear Captain Rickenbacker, as you know, the above organization is the Provisional Cuban Government. This is the letter from our CONCA which we already read through this. This is like a shorter version of it. It's handwritten. The last one was like multiple pages upon pages,
and here this one's only two paragraphs. And yeah, it has a bunch of dates listed here. August nineteen fifty nine, FBI tips Customs that Ferry may be involved in gun running, wiretap. July fifth, fifty one proposal to remove Ferry from Eastern Airlines payroll based on the retail credit reports. He was not, in fact removed. Huh. So they were onto Ferry being shady right from the jump when they hired him at
the same time that he's in that's wild. So he's getting hired by Eastern Airlines as a pilot at the exact same time he spent three years in the reserves, which are not reserves, are fake, they're intelligence covers. April eighth, nineteen fifty three. Looks like fa stone to Rickenbacker. Given background in Ferry alludes to something trouble in Cleveland. Women trouble, That's what it says, Women trouble in Cleveland. Before he was hired by ea L. Women trouble means he was
having nothing to do with women. March twenty third, fifty three Rickenbacker to fairy letter of I can't read that. Looks like ungraduation. But that's not right in his promotional work. I can't read that in sw keep up to good work. Note at the bottom, this man's efforts bear watching, and his qualifications justify his being used and helpful whenever possible line of duty and even beyond assigned. EVR. Phoenix University
has fake Francesco Amorey Dargona academic an academic mill. Basically what it says, all right, and then the next page has more handwritten notes on Ferry's got a face. Most of his background is fake. Right. We know he went
to the seminary and all that stuff. But here it says Saint Coleman grad School four years, Saint Patrick Grad School three years, Saint Ignacious for four years, Baldwin Wallace College for three years, Mary's Seminary in Cleveland nineteen thirty eight to nineteen forty, Baldwin Wallace College forty to forty five. See this is all nonsense, Like he didn't go to all these different schools. He went to Baldwin Wallace, he went to Saint Charles, and I think that was it.
Saint Ignacius in High School, where Danny Green went to school. It has pointed out that information had been received that Ferry had promised Cruche a motorcycle for changing his testimony and withdrawing his complaints. That is definitely true. See Eastern Airlines was well aware of all this stuff. Airline Transport pilot Something three three five eighty six, six seven, nineteen
fifty seven, March something, January nineteen forty nine. Subject has been reported period at residence at three fourteen Zach Street, Tampa, Florida. He was reported married with two dependents Sunnyside Fly School. Okay, so in forty nine he lived at Zach Street, Tampa and he had two dependents, right, and then we find the Eastern Airlines determined he's got David Ferry Junior kicking around right. So this to me is very important stuff,
very important stuff. Fifteen days duty at Fort Campbell. Ferry in contact with Paul Fournet. I think it's what it says. Lafayette, Louisiana, Julian Martin's and Julian Buzzando in Miami. Fairy has stated that he is sending Leyton Martin's to the Something jsw something at Lafayette, Louisiana. Fairy is allegedly running and writer Missus Martin's, who is separated from her husband and who may be working as a waitress. At one time, Ferry ran around with a Negro named Marcel, who worked as
a mechanic on his private airplane. Interesting, all right, we're onto the System Board of Adjustment Eastern Airlines, Inc. Grievances of Captain David Ferry Deposition of Layton Martin's taken July twelfth, sixty three, at New Orleans, Louisiana. So I just think it's wild that these guys got in all this legal
trouble and all this stuff. Really, for David Ferry, it's stretched from like sixty all the way through like the beginning of sixty three, and like he didn't even have like a couple months break, and then he's back in under the microscope for the Kennedy assassination. It's like, holy shit, there were so many warning signs. All right, doesn't say who the interviewer is, but this is definitely in regards to David Ferry's Eastern Airline stuff deposition for that. So
here we go. What is your name? Leyton P. Martin's. What is your address? One point thirty six General Gardner, Lafayette, Louisiana. Are you of legal age, sir? Yes, sir. Do you know Captain David Ferry? Yes, sir. Have you ever been a member of the Civil Air Patrol? Yes? What squadron? The New Orleans Cadet Squadron. Have you ever been a member of the Falcon Squadron? Yes? I have. Did you hold me position of authority in the Falcons? Yes? I did.
Would you name that position and describe its duties? I was the adjudant. I was responsible for all the paperwork, files, records, applications, ID cards, the squadron paper and so on. Was the Falcon Squadron part of the Louisiana Wing of the Civil Air Patrol? No, sir. Was it part of the national organization? The Falcons were an entirely independent organization with its own existence, its own rules, its own purpose, its own articles of incorporation,
and its own activities with what organizations? Was it connected? None? State? If you remember who were the incorporators of the Falcons, it was Dave Ferry, John Irian, Jim LewAllen and Ned Mendez. Were they members of the Falcons. Yes, they were seniors. What is a senior? A senior is an adult member over twenty one, under twenty one, we call them cadets. We were cip ID cards or CIPID cards ever issued any members? Yes, as temporary ID cards until we decided
to go independent. What happened to these temporary ID cards? They were withdrawn or recalled and our own issued. Is this such an ID card showing a blue card? Yes? To whom was this card issued? John Espinin who wrote the word temporary across the face? I don't recall. It could be my handwriting, though, or Captain Ferries or the first sergeants. Was a mister Espinon a member of the squadron. Yes,
here's a copy of his application for membership. He proffers a paper to mister Gil, who has had a charge of these files I have. Was mister espin In a senior or a cadet? This application is for Espinon's father, and he was a senior, and Johnny the son was a cadet. You say the Falcons were an independent organization. Was this generally known? Certainly? How do you know everybody in the squadron knew it because we had meetings to
discuss our future status and what we wanted to do. Besides, I sent out a copy of the squadron paper to everybody in the mail. Did mister Espinon ever come and pick up any papers or charter covering the falcons? Yes? He did. When did that occur in August nineteen sixty one? How can you be certain of the date it was? At the time, Missus Landry was making it hot for everybody. I remember because he came to Captain Ferri's house. Captain Ferry was not home. His boy went in and got
the papers from Captain Ferry's desk. Was this a state charter? Yes? It was. The squadrons in the year nineteen sixty You belonged to the New Orleans Squadron Civil Air Patrol. Yes. Did that squadron have a summer encampment that year? Yes? Where was it held at? Keisler Air Force Base? Okay, so let me just bause real quick. Keisler Air Force Base is in Biloxi, Mississippi, where Oswald went to a
bunch of his marine aircraft warning and control operator stuff. Right, that's one hell of a weird coincidence that the Civil Air Patrol from New Orleans. The state issued one. The New Orleans Squadron went there in nineteen sixty. Now Oswald was there in nineteen fifty seven, so this is years before Oswald would have been there. Oswald was long gone
by nineteen sixty. But it's interesting, right, It's interesting what was going on between the Civil Air Patrol and Kesler Air Force Base, which is where they did all the top secret stuff. All the stuff that they kept off of your Marine duty roster is stuff they did at Keisler. So there's an interesting connection there. I think that should be explored. Who was in charge of that encampment, Colonel Samuel B. Davis? What position did Captain Ferry hold at
that encampment? He was commandant of cadets. What was the chain of command at that encampment? In other words, starting with Colonel Davis, how did the orders or commands come down to the cadets By the chain of command, orders would originate with Colonel Davis and go through Captain Ferry and to the individual cadet commanders in charge of each barrack of cadets, who was immediately over the cadets. Captain Ferry was a Lieutenant Colonel Christianaise in charge. No was
he there? Yes? In what capacity? Was he there as a sort of advisor? He did not have any command function. Did any dispute rise at Keesler that involved Captain Ferry? Yes, it did. What was the nature of that dispute? If you know to your knowledge, Well, every senior that showed up thought he was a commander and started issuing orders. The result was confusion. Every senior was contradicting everybody else. The cadets then complained to Captain Ferry, who was immediately
above them. Captain Ferry said we should follow the chain of command. And then some seniors went to Colonel Davis and he told them the same thing. So they went to Christiansen. All the seniors wanted to be chiefs and nobody wanted to be indians. Where any decisions arrived at in this matter? Yes? What were those decisions? If you know that a bunch of us quit and walked out, why was that? Because we got disgusted with the Air Force.
They had preached military courtesy and discipline and chain of command, and Christiansen wanted to turn all this upside down. A lot of the fellows thought that something was along with what the Air Force had told us about how they worked. We could not see it was possible for Colonel Christensen to preach one thing and practice another. Did you know of these criminal charges against capt'n Fery? Yes? How do you know of them? I was subpoenaed as a witness
at his trial. Did you know James Landry and Eric Crusche? Yes? I did see here it says James Landry, but it was Al Landry in the other documents. To what did you testify at the trial? I testified that since I was a resident of capt'n Fairy's house, that I had firsthand knowledge of the impossibility of these charges being true. After all, I lived there, and if anyone would have known, I would have How'd you come to live at Captain Fairy's house? My mother and father separated and our home
broke up. My mother asked Captain Ferry and his mother if I could stay with them, as I had no place to go. Where was Fairey's mother should have been Cleveland at this time? Are you working at Southwestern? What activity has went on in the Falcon squadron? Captain Fairy taught us reciprocal engines and had us overhaul a couple under FA supervision. They were passed. We recovered an airplane and it passed. We did metal and it passed the FAA.
We also studied mathematics, aerodynamics, and physics. I learned geometry in about three weeks this way. What was the object or purpose of the squadron? Most of us wanted careers in aviation. Either we wanted to go to the Air Force Academy or aviation cadets, or in aeroscience. And we don't have a very good school system and this was the best way to get the things we needed and did not know. Captain Fairy had helped four fellows into the Air Force Academy before we knew he could help us.
That was why we went to him and asked them for him to form this squadron. All right, that document comes to an end right there? Know what do we have next? Next? We have another It looks like an arrest report New Orleans Police Department supplementary report contributing to the delinquency of a minor and intimidation August fifth, sixty one to August sixteenth, sixty one. So this must be the air cruchet stuff. Again. He was arrested charge in
the fifth District. Here's the details. On Thursday morning, August twenty fourth, nineteen sixty one, investigating officers received a phone call from mister Alexander Landry, who stated that juvenile Michael Crusche had come to his residence on the night of Wednesday, August twenty third, sixty one, told of being contacted by David Ferry. The boy told mister Landry that Ferry was trying to get him Crushe to drop the charges. We
already know all this stuff. I think I'm gonna skip over this document here in particular, I think we already read this one. Basically, he went and tried to intimidate that kid, and then the kid ended up dropping all the charges. Let me see. At one oh five pm August twenty fourth, sixty one, investigating officers received another call from Cruche that David Ferry had come to see him again. Cruche stated the Ferry and another subject had just left
him and after getting angry after getting him asign another paper. Yeah, we already read all this stuff. You can skip over all this funny because he's like very adamant when he talks to the cops about what David Ferry did. But then when the charges move forward, he ends up dropping everything. You know, he was more scared of David Ferry than he was of the of lyone of the cops. All right. Next,
we have a paper from Southern Research Company. Once we finished this, we'll probably call it for the day four forty two West Building, Houston, Texas, titled David William Ferry aka David W. Ferry or Dave Character Investigation background synopsis. Subject arrested so O Jefferson Parish, Louisiana, eight eight sixty one and three twenty two or A twenty two to sixty one, charged with carnal knowledge contributing to the delinquency of a juvenile and decent behavior, and crimes against nature.
Charge is still pending, but dismissal anticipated. Subject arrested New Orleans PD two sixteen sixty two and charged relative to extortion charge pending and New Orleans DA anticipates moving to trial. New Orleans Retail Credit Bureau shows current residence for subject at thirty three thirty Louisiana Avenue Parkway, New Orleans, Louisiana. Two small accounts for collection two news clippings relative to
his arrests no other derogatory data. Subject employed as investigator for local attorney who represents him on critical charges are on criminal charges. Ferry, Junior, eleven Prospects Street, Alexandria, Louisiana, but efforts to identify negative to date neighborhoods at past residences of subject. Negative regarding knowledge of involvement in activities of derogatory nature. Observation of subject after working hours eleven nine ten and eleven sixty two reflects subject may still be associating with youths involved in instant charges instant meeting
these charges. And then we get into let me see what do we have here. We have a pretty lengthy surveillance document. So we'll call here for today and we'll pick up with the surveillance document next time. And I hope everybody had a good Christmas, happy New Year. If you haven't picked up my book yet, please go do so. Warning from History and Lee Harvey Oswald and Black and White. Lee Harvey Oswald, Black and Whit Volume two should be
out by February. I'm about fifty pages in and I'm gonna get cracking on it after the first of the year, and it's only gonna be about three to three hundred pages, about the same as the last book, and so I should be able to knock it out in those two months. And so I'm hoping to get that done because I really want to get onto Oswald and Russia and I
don't like to jump ahead of myself. And so once that book's out, we're gonna spend probably like six months, nine months or a year or something like that on Oswald's time in Russia because we're probably gonna end up debunking the whole fucking thing, and fucking guy probably never went to the Russia. Who fuck even knows anymore. So that's gonna do it for me. Guys. I'll be back on Monday, and uh we will pick up here. Thank you everybody.
