Join us for an engaging chat with Leah Dillon, a tech recruiter, and Linkedin star who brings her unique perspective on the highs and lows of corporate America. Leah's story of multiple layoffs is a far too common one and sets the stage for a broader discussion about the ever-changing job market. Together we unpack the human side of recruitment, the struggle to balance personal connections with corporate goals, and of course wind up down many rabbit holes including learning what a craffle is.
