Episode description

In this podcast, we discuss the current situation regarding COVID-19 as well as coping mechanisms used by students at Southwest High School in order to show the different benefits of these mechanisms. Special emphasis is placed on the mental health affects of this virus and what we can do to help protect ourselves in this time psychologically. Personal insight is also given by the speakers in hopes that the student population will be able to relate.
