Kayanne shares her story as a volunteer phone worker helping fellow teens across Washington state as they navigate the various challenges of adolescent life.

Teen Link is a program of Crisis Connections, with volunteers trained to help their peers with things like bullying, drug and alcohol concerns, gender identity, relationships, stress and depression. If you or a teen you know is in crisis, you’re not alone. There is someone that’s ready to listen without judgment every night from 6-10pm at 1-866-TEEN-LINK or online at teenlink.org. No issue is too big or too small and all calls or chats are confidential. Talk it out!
