When I woke up to the fact that a lot of the 'truths' of who I am, what's possible (and what isn't!) are mere stories that I've created throughout a lifetime of making interpretations - I discovered my power. So many of these stories have kept me stuck. Not only that - I've built a life around stories (or beliefs) that have become really bad habits! It was time to recognise this and do something about it.
