Today, we sat down with Avery Francis, founder of Bloom, a company that helps other companies create access to impactful and equitable hiring practices. In other words, she is a Diversity, Equity and Inclusion expert; and we ask her all of the big questions on DE&I, and let us tell you -- we learned a lot.
