Kat Barlow from Flexible Freedom

Kat shares her story of how her life was flipped upside down when her son Noah was born with a life-limiting diagnosis.  Kat shares her experiences of the challenges of living a life in extraordinary circumstances. 

What she discovered is that, in the darkness of our stories and experiences, buried inside it, are lessons to be learnt, things that can be overcome, and deep joy that has been gifted to her from knowing a life of adversity. 

Kat now empowers parents with kids with a disability to live a life without limits, taking them on a journey from stress to stillness and from powerlessness to peace.
