Pause

Time waits for no one and life is moving at the speed of light. We are so involved with the hustle and bustle of day to day life, we tend to forget to take some time to replenish ourselves or to enjoy the fruit of our labor. Tomorrow isn’t promised to anyone. Let's stop allowing the “thought” of tomorrow, rob us of the joys of the current moment. This week I talk about taking a minute to simply catch your breath. Let's resolve to love on our tribes and allow them to love and us. Then pause, reflect and love on yourself.
