The Story, Plus One

This week, Dudley brings us his monthly message, The Story, Plus One. In this message, Dudley centers on the gospel of grace and why Paul anchored the church in the whole counsel of God. Rather than chasing every error, we learn to read the story of the Bible as one unfolding narrative that culminates in Jesus and ushers us into the kingdom of God. Walking through Acts 20 and insights echoed in the Gospel of Luke, Dudley shows how a clear grasp of the story guards the flock and fuels joyful discipleship.

We also revisit the David and Goliath story through a Christ-centered lens--how Jesus is our champion who wins the victory, and how we now live from the spoils of his triumph. As we repent toward God and place faith in Christ, the Spirit forms a people who can discern truth, love one another well, and carry the good news into a weary world.
