He is an Expert Witness, Mediator, Adjudication Party Representative, Project Manager and Chartered Institute of Civil Engineering Surveyors member.

He particularly specialises in coaching Specialist Contractors on writing their contract terms and conditions, reviewing parent contracts with Employers and contractors, and protecting their profits from unfavourable contract terms.
