Interview with Lyn Man of earthAconter

Lyn spent over 20 years working in business as a certified management accountant and is a certified professional coach. She founded earthAconter in 2018 with the purpose of changing how business owners engage with their business and its finances so they can make a bigger impact in the world.

earthAconter was born after Lyn read about small business failure rates and that the main causes of them were cashflow and the lack of a plan. It made her realise that by bringing her accounting and coaching skills together she could help business owners understand what their business and its finances were telling them - having seen first hand how engagement with money, numbers and financial information could impact a business.

As one client shared while working with Lyn; ‘It helps me focus and make conscious decisions about my business instead of just reacting, which is what I have previously done.’
