There are plenty of unreasonable people in the construction industry, but Eddie has a tip for how to deal with them.
Don’t fight with them. Don’t let your emotions get the better of you just because someone else did so.
Tyler chimes in with the comparison about children and parenting. Sometimes you need to just let the kid cool down. Doing so will increase the likelihood (though not the certainty) of a reasonable conversation just a little bit later.
If you do engage, Eddie suggests that you consider apologizing. Sounds like he has some experience with it.
