Adrian graduated from The University of Texas at San Antonio with a Bachelor’s in Construction Science Management and a Minor in Business Administration. Adrian is a full-time real estate investor who currently controls over $8.8million in Multifamily assets. He is the founder of Optimum Buyers, from 2014 to 2017 has closed and funded 60+ single family deals and from 2017 to current, has closed and funded 150+ multifamily units. Primarily focusing on acquiring mismanaged, value add, off market properties in emerging markets for his holdings company. Adrian is also the Co-Founder of Homely Escape, which is a short-term rental company. As well as Co-founder of Two Ten Management. Co-owns and self-operates property management operations for the properties he currently owns and is a lead sponsor on. Currently 152 Units. It is also where they oversee interior and exterior Cap Ex renovations, monitor budgets, resident management and help execute the company’s business plan and vision for each property.
