He and his team have been engaged to serve as a developer’s representative and consultant in the acquisition and planned development of URBY Staten Island on the Stapleton Waterfront. URBY is a total rethink of urban living, designed to attract young people seeking an easier lifestyle. 

He has also been engaged by BFC Partners to serve as leasing/marketing representative and development consultant for Empire Outlets, New York City's only retail outlet center located adjacent to the St. George Ferry Terminal. Empire Outlets is a 350,000 square foot retail outlet center serving millions of tourists and nearly 80,000 commuters daily. 

He serves as exclusive leasing agent for Riverside Galleria, a 458,000 square foot waterfront retail center located in the Charleston section of Staten Island adjacent to the Outerbridge Crossing. 

With a wide array of institutional and conventional investor-clients, He has proven to be a valuable asset to many developers both on and off Staten Island. His enthusiasm and creativity has led to the successful completion of a wide array of projects which have literally transformed the Staten Island landscape. 

He serves on the board of Staten Island Chamber of Commerce and is a member of the International Council of Shopping Centers. Mr. Prendamano is a recipient of the Staten Island Economic Development Corporation’s 20 under 40 Leadership Award
