Ian Calabria: How To Put In The Work And Visualizing Who You Want To Be

Meet Ian, a full time licensed salesperson in Georgia, licensed broker in North Carolina, and a member of the Atlanta Realtor Association. He specializes in multiple intown Atlanta, Decatur and metro Atlanta neighborhoods.

Coming from a family of Realtors, landscape architects and developers in Atlanta (being the fourth generation), Ian has always been immersed in the many forms of real estate from residential sales to land and development, having a passion and respect for the land and the structures that sit atop it. This led to channeling his dreams of helping others reach their goals. He uses his experience to guide his buyers and sellers through sales, with the support of Atlanta's leading luxury firm (and original residential Brokerage), while always maintaining the motto - relationships over transactions.

Before beginning his career of being a real estate agent in 2017, Ian worked in management of resort properties, historic landscapes, and apartment communities in Western North Carolina and Charleston, SC. Starting his Real Estate career with a KW (Keller Williams) team in Asheville, NC, he learned the basics of Real Estate. After relocating to Atlanta in 2019, he started with Harry Norman, Realtors, on the #1 team company-wide, before making the decision to become a full-time individual agent.

When not working on or in his real estate business, he enjoys spending time outside - hiking, playing basketball, reading, or most of all, training his prized German Shepherd/Malinois girl, Coco..
