Meet Neil Wahlgren, COO of MAG Capital Partners and a sponsor raising capital for direct investments into cash flowing NNN operational industrial real estate. Neil is a Californian native who joined the US Air Force in Colorado and did combat deployments in Iraq and Afghanistan and was transferred to the Navy Reserve. He got his MBA after serving the country, then transitioned to business development and later realized that he liked the entrepreneurial side which made him decide to enter the real estate world.
