Let me give you five power moves to start dismantling that inner critic and building unshakable belief in yourself. One. Recognize your worth, dude, Seriously write it down if you have to. You are valuable, capable, and deserving of successes. Remember that awesome presentation you crushed last month, or that time you ace that tricky exam.

Those are proof points, my friend. Two, Ditch the comparison game. Social media can be a total confidence killer, making it seem like everyone else's effortlessly winning at life. But remember you're on your own unique journey. Focus on your progress, not their highlight reel. Comparison is the thief of joy, as they say. Three, Embrace challenges as opportunities for growth.
