Episode 5. Catholicism was a huge part of Michelle's upbringing, so much so that she is still trying to figure out how to undo the residual effects of its overbearing grasp on her. Maybe some can relate to detaching themselves from their family's religion and making it their own; Michelle still consider's herself Catholic by some traditions and by culture but NOT by religion or spirituality. Join her and one of her best friend's, Mariel as they engage in a dialogue about growing up Catholic but eventually cutting out the toxicity that can sometimes come with organized religion.
