Episode description

Episode 3. In her life, Michelle has always struggled with her Ecuadorian identity particularly because of her physical appearance. Throughout her upbringing she has been told by family, by other Ecuadorians, and even strangers that she didn't fit the mold of what it was to "look" Ecuadorian; that, plus the geographic distance between her and other Ecuadorians made it nearly impossible for her to feel a real connection to that part of her identity. Join her and one of her best friend's, Jamilé as they engage in a dialogue about living life as Ecuatorianas on opposite sides of the spectrum.
