Hey there, Welcome to Connoisseur's Corner. Jordan here always ready to make you a little bit hungry with the help of good friend Mona Dolgoff from her kitchen. She's the chef and the writer. Her latest cookbook is called Satisfry. It's terrific, all about the air fier. Speaking of the air fry, you've got the margarita pizza dip. Now that sounds like a new concoction.
Yes, and it's one of my signature recipes in Satisfy. It's so good, only takes fifteen minutes to make in your airfare. So think classic spinach dip and then just add some pizza flavor and that delicious brown crispy top. Are you salivating yet? So what you're going to do?
You spray a seven inch dish with olive oil spray and in a mixing bowl you full together some soften reduced fat cream, cheese, dice, tomatoes, some frozen sat frozen spinach, basil onion, balsamic laze, Italian blend of spices and a
little salt. Spread that into a pan. Top it with a little parmesan cheese and you put in your air fire three hundred for thirteen to fifteen minutes, and it comes out bubbly, and it's really great to serve with crackers, or if you want a little healthier touch, take some fresh pepper squares and just basically dip it right in. So yummy, so good, so delicious, and a whole new take on for a healthier dip for the holiday.
I will take it everywhere I go. I'll put enough thermis for crying out loud. I can't wait. Thank you, Bona. Go to monadgolf dot com for much more. Part of Connoisseur's Corner, WZ Boston's news radio
