We spoke earlier with Glenn Lemaytrie, veteran bartender at Brico in the North End and co founder of a company called Drink That which is now bottling the espresso martini made famous at Brico restaurant, thousands of them poured by Glenn La Matrie. So, Glenn, where can people find the espresso martinis now in bottles?
So right now, I'm in about seven hundred liquor stores and there's about two hundred and fifty restaurants and bars that are using Drink that. You got a consistent product. You got a consistent product made of real espresso, all real ingredients. And it's as close to my original recipe
as I could possibly get. And I was fortunate enough to have somebody help me along the way, and whose name is Bob Gail, who created the Welchers, Ocean Spray and Dunkin Donuts flavors that brought it all together to break it down and make it ours.
I can tell you're really out about what you've developed.
I served my original recipe that we've sold over a million of them on my bar just so proud of and it's just been such an incredible ride.
