Hello again. Welcome, It's Conniser's Corner. I'm Jordan along with Matt Robinson of Matt's Meals his website m atts dash Meals dot com. We've talked a lot about Baky's, the terrific bakery in Boston, and you went to a Bopka baking class. Report on that for us, you know, my.
Birthday came around, I wanted to treat myself as something special, and boy was it. Not only did I get to use the same ingredients that legendary baker Urray Chef uses at his bread bakery and at Baky's in its poor locations around town, I also got to watch his talented team make some incredible things right in front of me. We made chocolate vodka. But during the class, they had
their amazing cinema bodka out. They had savory bobkas, which I had never tried before, and their coffee bar was open, so you got to snack and drink and meet other friends. There were other people there for birthdays and anniversaries and graduations. It makes a great gift. You know, Baky's supports the Bakes for Breast Cancer organization. Just there's so many reasons to feel good at the local place. They use all
natural talk ingredients like Calibay chocolate. The class was so much fun, and you go home with the Bobka that you made and also one that they made just in case you're not the best baker. But both of them came out delicious. I actually had a little Bobka tasting party with some friends afterwards, but you know, because there's no way I could finish it all as much as I wanted to. So check it out baking Bobka dot com and whenever you're in the neighborhood, be sure to drop by.
It sounds delicious and congratulations on your success. All part of Connoisseurs going on a WZ Boston's news radio
