Journey to Joy: Supporting Friends and Embracing Conscious Choices

In this episode, Mare and Tara have a Conscioous Conversation, discussing their Living Intentions for June, reflecting on their progress as well as sharing their focus for July Living Intentions. Tara's focus for June was having a healthy relationship with food, free from emotional burdens and judgment. She shares her observations about habitual eating and how emotions and societal messages influence her choices. Inspired by a recent group session with Peter Hughes, she aims to choose joy over food. For July, Tara plans to focus on building a loving, fun, and adventurous relationship with her husband to celebrate their anniversary. Mare's June Living Intention was to generate plenty of revenue with ease, which she achieved through the Dream Nudge Challege. Her July focus is to actively support her friends' Living Intentions or dreams with meaningful connections. This week's Conscious Conversation emphasizes the importance of being mindful, choosing joy, and nurturing relationships.
