The new AMA president, Dr. Cecil Wilson, who is an internist from Winter Park, Florida, discusses how the AMA will work to improve the healthcare system and increase patient access to care in the coming year. Dr. Wilson also stresses the need for physicians to become more involved in organized medicine and as AMA members.
