Big Idea: Children belong to the Lord not to the parents and hence they should raise them the Lord's way. Proverbs 22:6 - the call to train a child "The way" - is used over 70 times in Proverbs, and usually it speaks of one's way of life. Throughout the book of Proverbs, we see two ways: the wise way and the foolish way. A parent can train their child for the wise path or for the foolish path. 1. Children need to be corrected 2. Children need to be instructed in the ways of the Lord 3. Children need to see godly living modelled
