On August fifth of this year, the Government of Canada announced the creation of the COVID 19 resilience stream as part of the 33 billion Investing in Canada Infrastructure program. What does this mean for Edmonton? It means money is available for projects that support physical distancing which might include active transportation projects such as parks, trails, foot bridges, bike lanes and multi-use paths.
