The other day, the only reason I got out of bed on time was to clean my desk. Weird, yes. But it worked. This got me thinking about the idea of cleaning in your physical space, work life, and relationships, and how this can be a massive step forward for you to take this week.
This last couple months, I've been on a mission to align what I do with who I am. And part of that is solidifying exactly what my vision for myself is. In this episode, I take you through my process for creating this and why each part drives you closer to your goals.

I recently spoke at a conference, and I liked it so much, I wanted to share it with all of you as an example of how to share your story. Nothing quite motivates an audience like an authentic transparent story told with passion.
Gallup just released a whole new set of reports, which is perfect timing for this episode of Hump Day Business Report. This week, we're looking at how we should be analyzing our conversations to see what opportunities we're losing, constantly exposing ourselves to disagreement, and using the core values of what HR should be to improve our own lives while they're still getting around to it.
We all hate stress, right? So why do we stand dealing with it every single day? Well, you don't have to anymore because today's Monday Motivation is all about finding peace and productivity this week while building habits to last you a lifetime. Why don't we all take a breath and calm down together?

Welcome to the first episode of my newest show, Hump Day Business Report. Today, I'm going to guide you through some of the smaller stories of the week and discuss how we can apply them to our own lives. Welcome to the Confidence Mindset for this week where I'm drilling into this idea into you: your voice has worth. What you say matters. I had to speak to graduate psychology classes, appear on panels alongside experts with more PhDs and decades of experience than I might ever have, and personally coach hundreds to overcome their extreme challenges to find success...all as a teenager. But the one thing I've always held on to during these times is that I know myself, and I know that my words have ...

So I'm here today to teach you how to master the three most basic forms of joke telling that you can perform anywhere and everywhere. Planned or off-the-cuff, it doesn't matter. Make this 2019 a step towards a funnier you.
