With the cattle herd on the edge of an official herd rebuild and the sheep flock well on its way, tight supply isn’t about to wane anytime soon. This week Mecardo’s senior analyst Adrian Ladaniwskyj and Olivia Agar chat about how livestock prices are holding up during this time, and what drivers are currently at play.
