An attempt by Project Cadmus to create an adult clone of Super-Soldier with the ability to control gravity was sabotaged. The geneticist and cloning researcher who engineered the clone, Peter Parker, was killed during the "accidental" lab explosion caused by Kenny Gargan. The clone awakened prematurely at a much younger age and emerged from the wreckage. The young boy immediately ran up a wall in confusion.
