Meet Dena T., the digital creative behind the One World Empowered brand. Her vision and personal experience with postpartum led her to a trajectory of changing maternal mental health with a community of women who support one another through her parental workshops and Mamas Club. As Dena and I agreed, women’s health at every stage is not addressed properly due to lacking education and resources. All communities and different cultures are affected by postpartum and should be equally represented and supported.
