When you watch a college meet, you may be wondering what are the differences in the code of points between a college meet and a Level 10 club meet. Gymnastics start values and skills can be so confusing. Today I break down the basic differences of Level 10 vs college requirements. I also point out 7 items the college coach is focused on when watching recruits. Bottom line is college gymnastics is all about doing what you do, very clean.
