Today’s guest is James Swanwick who argues that even just a little drink here or there can make the difference between being average to taking absolute control of your life. The reason why he makes that point is that he used to be overweight, drinking regularly, even if it’s just a drink here and there and on the weekend and his energy was simply drained. 


He ended up quitting alcohol completely and went on to become an ESPN anchor on SportsCenter, building a million dollar business and being voted one of the top 25 networking experts in 2015 by Forbes.
