Episode description

On today's show, we begin by discussing our feelings about being spread too thin and how we handle the difficulties of keeping our schedules straight. Kristen tells a story about how her 5-year-old already has an awareness about people commenting on how we look. Tova talks about the first time someone commented on her weight when she was only 10-years-old. They talk about dieting, and the struggles women with regard to their bodies. Plus, they explore the pressure women face regarding their bodies after having children. They talk about what it's like wearing a bikini again after kids, and how they felt the pressure to look perfect. Finally, they talk about the importance of loving your body (no matter what size), and why they are saying "eff body goals!"
