Alan is a writer and content strategist originally from Miamisburg, Ohio. His words have been featured in veterinary publications, gardening catalogs, online listicles, and on printer packaging, brochures, chalkboards, and restroom stalls. For a short time, he worked at Eugenio’s where he made the best meatball sandwich in Portland and got to sit at the feet of some of the town’s most storied musicians. You can find him on a bar patio in SE Portland with his wife Xiomara and Lucas the chihuahua.
